Kids Heaven in Lisle is not located in an actual store we are based out of a garage for this reason viewing is by appointment only.
Appointments are available 7 days a week with advance notice. If you call and set up a day and time to meet me please be on time. I schedule my day around scheduled appointments if you do not arrive at the scheduled time I may not be available to meet you.
All prices are firm. Cash only. All sales are final.

I am no longer taking on any “new” sellers as I have a large client base now and it’s getting way to much work trying to keep up with the sales and the sellers as it is.

*Local pick ups I accept *CASH ONLY* There are plenty of local banks and ATM's within blocks of our location

Shipping is available on a case by case basis. If it will fit in a priority box and you are within the US I will ship it.

Shipping and item must be paid for in advance. We are now accepting paypal as a method of payment for our out of town customers.

I will only hold an item for 12 hours after that its 1st come 1st serve

*Prices are AS IS. I only take items in if I agree with the sale price of the seller.

If it's here I believe it's a fair price as I do my homework and check what the original sales price, ebay and craigslist going rate is.

All of my items have prices listed on the website so please do not come in here and offer me less than what it is marked at.

*Bulk discounts are only given to bulk buyers with a minimum purchase of $500.00

If you set up a day and time with me and are more than 15 minutes late without notice you are considered a no show I may or may not be available to meet with you when you arrive. If you do not call or email and you are a no show I will dump your email in my spam folder and put your number on my no appointment list and you will not be invited back

*No Refunds - Once an item leaves here it is yours

I hate to even list these but unfortunatly some customers have left me no choice.....

*If you (your child) break it you buy it.

Please do not bring your children if you cannot control your children.

Items are not meant to be moved around from shelf to shelf nor are they here to act as a temporary daycare to your children as you shop.

Please understand sometimes it takes me 2 hours to put back what it can take one child 10 minutes to undo.
